Registered Agent Office
CAN I HAVE ALL MY BUSINESS MAIL SENT TO THE REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS?
A registered agent is a contact for the office of the secretary of state, but your registered agent’s office—usually called a registered office—isn’t your business’s address. When you form your business at the state level, the office of the secretary of state needs to know where it can send official state notices. Your business also needs a representative available during normal business hours to receive service of process (legal notices) on your behalf. Providing this service is the foundation of Northwest Registered Agent, and we have worked hard to make our registered agent service efficient while keeping our fees low.
But you shouldn’t use our address for all of your regular business mail. For clients who need a supplementary service for their regular business mail, we offer US mail forwarding services in Delaware, Florida, Montana, and Wyoming.
